Today was Taylor and Josh’s wedding! Several months ago when Taylor contacted me… we knew there was a chance that I might not be able to be there, depending on when Briley decided to get here… the only thing that would really effect her is if I had to have a cesarean… and as my luck would have it… I did. Jess was going to be at the wedding with me 2nd shooting if I was able to make it.. and if I wasn’t she would cover the wedding. Getting back in the swing of things has felt like an eternity and I’m still not back to running full speed…. people keep reminding me that it takes time.. but I’m hard headed and impatient and it’s just frustrating. :) I was EXTREMELY bummed that I could not make this wedding.. it’s one of the hardest things I’ve had to do in my business.. I absolutely LOVED this couple and they have been so wonderful through this whole experience. I even had a very sweet email from Taylor the morning they induced me. :) She has constantly reminded me that Briley and I were in their prayers and I could not be more thankful for being blessed with such amazing clients. A BIG thanks to Jess and all her awesomeness for taking over and covering the wedding. You ROCK. Taylor and Josh– it breaks my heart that I missed your big day and I wish more than anything that I could have been there.
