I’ve been very busy with a new project.. I said awhile back that I had several concept shoots lined up. Well this is the first of several more to come (probably closer to spring.) This is MY kind of session. :) I had SO much fun with Hanah and this whole concept. This whole concept started out as just junk gypsy.. but we ended up also doing a little vintage idea that I have had stored away for awhile too. I LOVE anything junk gypsy.. in fact my office in the new house is completely styled after that… I’ve already gotten lots of goodies for it. :) But as for the shoot… everything went so smoothly. I have to give a LOT of credit to my wonderful husband who is so great about hauling around my “junk” to different locations… and trust me.. moving this bathtub is not an easy chore. He is always so willing to help me not only in the heavy lifting but also in the bookwork! Believe it or not he has sat in front of my computer many an hour putting in invoices and receipts for me.

I’m also very happy to announce that I have been given a great opportunity to work with one awesome lady; Sonya Shipman. Sonya is the owner of Small Town Girls, a new boutique in Paris. If you haven’t been by the new shop next to Ultra Tan.. you need to go now! I’m helping Sonya update her website and myspace and of course  getting all new shots of their inventory. But that’s not all… like I said, Sonya is SUCH a creative lady… so she is now offering her services as a wedding designer. I already have 2 of my ’09 brides who are using her. She is currently getting all of her package and pricing info ready for me to post on the new website (which we are still working on.) But if any brides are interested, please contact me and I can give you her contact information! I can not wait to work with her in the future.

For this shoot, I already had a lot of items that I wanted to use for this concept, but we also took several things from the boutique to use during the shoot, so we could get some new shots up on the website.  I included several images of some of the many awesome things they have in the boutique… if you haven’t been by yet.. you need to!! Also check out my 2 new awesome guitars for props! :D
