Meagan + Brandon… now Mr. & Mrs!!!

I love Meagan and Brandon. They are such an awesome couple and I have loved being able to work with them. From the beginning, they have been nothing but wonderful and I am blessed to have them as clients! They also did the first look which makes me love them even more! :) Meagan actually approached me about doing it. Even though the wedding was in the afternoon leaving us plenty of time to shoot afterwards… she realized that we would not have the time or the freedom to do everything we wanted to do after the wedding. I was thrilled when SHE came to ME with the decision to do the first look because I already had a ton of ideas for them! :) Two days after the wedding I received an email from Meagan’s mother, Shelly… and it said this: “I would recommend the “first look” to everyone as a mother, it was to me one of the most emotional parts of the wedding if not the most emotional moment! Thank you for suggesting it.” Thanks Shelly! :) I kid you not, I lost count of the number of times that Meagan said.. (during their Mr. & Mrs. mini shoot)- “I am SOOO glad that we did this! I can not imagine how freaked out I would be if I hadn’t seen you yet!! The pressure is gone, and now we can relax!” We had a BLAST with their mini shoot… we actually stayed in one spot for the majority of the time. It was gorgeous and we had SO much fun. Brandon is definitely one of my most favorite grooms of all time… as is Meagan one of my most favorite brides!!! (I don’t feel like they think I’m crazy when I ask them to do things that are a little… off the wall! ;)) They were just right along with me!!

It was a stunning wedding AND reception! I am so very thankful that I got to be a part of it and meet this wonderful couple and their families. I forgot to mention one VERY IMPORTANT thing… these two have been together for 10 YEARS!!!! Yes! They have dated for 10 years. Ever since they were in 6th grade. That is AWESOME! Trust me when I say that it’s very understandable.. when you are around these two. They are so perfect for one another. They are past the point of “finishing one another’s sentences…” they don’t even have to say anything.. because they already know what the other one is thinking! Just being around them you can see how much they love one another.

Meagan and Brandon.. congrats on your big day and thank you SO much for allowing me your photographer and chauffeur. ;) I definitely hope I get to work with you more in the future!!!
