When I first started talking with Linsey through email, I knew she and Tommy were going to be one of my favorite couples! I finally got to meet them at their engagement session and they are as much fun as I knew they would be! FYI- it was freezing and raining about 90% of the session. This crazy weather had already forced us to reschedule once– but with their April wedding fast approaching, they decided to go ahead and we just kept our fingers crossed it didn’t get any worse. They were troopers!! I know Linsay and her mom are wondering if this was going to make it into the blog… and I just feel that I CANNOT leave this out. I had a big first at this engagement shoot… I often have bride’s moms who come along for the session to help- (hair/makeup touch-ups, etc.) Sometimes they even loan a necklace, a bracelet or even a pair of earrings if they happened to forget to bring it along… but this time, it was a pair of jeans. Yep.. I said jeans. After we were already at our next location, Linsey realized she forgot to bring her jeans to wear with her jersey, SO her mom offered Linsey HER jeans and then graciously sat in the truck bundled up with the heater on while we were shooting. :) Congrats Linsey and Tommy! Can’t wait until your wedding!! :)
