Jessica’s Vintage Bridals

I have been dying, literally, DYING to post these since we took them a couple of months ago. I’ve been so blessed with such amazing clients- and Jessica is no exception. She has been the sweetest, most fun bride to work with from day 1. She’s so creative and trusting and just let me do my thing while putting 110% of her trust in me that the end result would be everything she wanted.. and I think we succeeded. We had been discussing things for months about what we wanted out of these bridals and the inspiration behind them. The wedding was styled after 2 different era’s- her favorite AND her groom’s favorite. Jessica’s favorite is what we referred to as the “Marie Antoinette” period. So it goes without saying what the inspiration for our shoot was. ;) We were lucky enough to be able to use this AMAZING venue for her bridal session- the old Gibraltar Hotel in Paris. It’s closed down now but Jess happened to know the owners who were generous enough to allow us to shoot there… and not only that, but we also shot there on their wedding day.

It’s bittersweet because I’ve looked forward to this wedding for well over a year. It’s come and gone… and it was just as amazing as I knew it would be. I cannot wait to share their wedding with you.. but until then, here are a few from one of my favorite bridal sessions ever. Jessica and Chris, I can’t thank you enough for allowing me to share in your wedding planning and wedding day. Looking forward to our anniversary shoot next year!! :D

As always– huge thank you to Tiff with SMOKIN HOT MAKEUP for her amazing work with Jessica’s hair and makeup.

To the left in the background is the church where Jessica and Chris were married. :)

The two looks that Tiffany gave Jessica for her bridals- or as I called them.. Jessica’s 2 alter egos. ;)
