So for many of you who don’t already know… Tara Swain Photography is now officially FULL TIME! I work extremely hard to create lasting relationships with all of my clients and I am thrilled to finally have the time I need to make sure that I can give each client the attention that they deserve.

However, I am still on location and will continue to be on location only. I prefer natural lighting and different locations. I’ve never cared much for studio portraits and do not intend to have a studio. This is a choice based on my style of work.. it by no means, down grades the quality of your photos. I don’t feel that just having a studio qualifies you as a professional by any means. Not at all to say that those who own studios are not professional, it’s just that those types of photos are not my thing.. not my style. I love lifestyle photography and capturing people being themselves. My sessions are casual, laid back and fun. I like to get to know my clients during their session and making it a fun experience. I will however have a new home office (hopefully sometime next summer) which will allow my clients to come out for consultations, to view photos, look at albums, canvas prints and even watch the personalized DVDs.

For other session inquiries.. my weekends are booked solid until December 13th. I have a FEW friday appointments available.. but Sunday and Saturdays are booked up! I also have a few weekday appointments available as well, in November.
