When I first set out looking for things for Briley, I had in mind exactly what I wanted.. but wasn’t sure where to start looking. LUCKILY, my awesome girls. Tabitha and Melissa at Paris Baby are amazing and were able to track down all of my crazy requests!! First was what we are now referring to as the luxury baby bedding. :) (Photo courtesy of Paris Baby.) This bedding is SO unbelievably soft. So much so that Tabitha says she wants to find a king size set for HER bed! ;) A HUGE thanks to Sonya from Small Town Girls who got Briley her bedding. ;)

I can’t even name all of the things that Tabitha and Melissa have been able to find for me… or the things they’ve even surprised me with.. to mention just a couple– a pair of pale pink Dachshund shoes and most recently, Bri’s embroidered Dachshund onesie that says, “Opossum’s lil sister!” We are still on the lookout for a custom mobile with little Dachshunds…. it’s the only thing we haven’t been able to track down.. so if you have any suggestions… let me know!! :)

But today I picked up the “centerpiece” of Briley’s loot. When we found out it was a girl, I realized that I could definitely go all out and find a super girly, cute diaper bag. A few years ago while we were out of town I saw a woman carrying a satin, leopard print diaper bag with an enormous bow. I talked to Tab and Melissa and told them the flashier the better!!  They knew right where to go to find it…. soon after… TA DAAAAA, they sent me the link to THE diaper bag… after a lot of anxious waiting, I got the text that it had finally arrived and this morning, I picked it up.

The pictures just don’t do it justice.. it’s SO SPARKLY! :) Of course I didn’t get out of there without buying some other things too! :) If you are pregnant, YOU HAVE to open a registry with them.. and if you know someone who is pregnant… you MUST buy your baby gift from them. They have SO many cute things… it’s impossible to not find something you can’t live without.  They did order a couple more bags like this one… but no pink bows… right now they have a zebra print with a black bow and then a white with hot pink graffiti and a hot pink bow. Bri’s bag was in the case with the rest of the things on our registry and they said that SO many people have tried to buy it! I’m glad it’s safely tucked away for now until Briley makes her entrance!!
