Courtney
Just as promised.. here are Courtney’s beautiful bridals. We were lucky enough to be allowed to use a friends home to take the majority of her session. He gave us the run of the place, and we definatley took advantage of this oppurtunity.
The only shots that weren’t taken at his home were the ones infront of the old white building, which was actually just something we saw on the drive out. I thought it looked like an old-timey church and Courtney was up for it, so we stopped and took a few there. HOWEVER, the grass had grown up extremely high and by the time we left, not only was she covered in tiny baby grasshoppers.. but numerous SPIDERS had crawled into the folds of her dress!! LUCKILY her dress is like an amazing 8 LAYERS.. and they weren’t actually able to get UNDER the petty coat! There was 1 great big black spider that had crawled up waist high on the back of her dress and as she was walking away, we spotted it. The ironic part of all this is that Courtney is DEATHLY afraid of spiders! Needless to say, it was an eventful session.. not to mention HOT!!! But we had a lot of fun and got some good images out of it! :)
We took some shots with the traditional jewelry and some “Rock the Dress” shots also, with her wild jewelry. Most of my favorites were toward the end of the session when the sun was going down. She is also wearing her 2nd set of jewelry in these. Enjoy… and leave some love!!! ;)
NOTE: I will have a few teasers up of the wedding in the next couple of days! :)
Flashin’ that ROCK!!!
You know I gotta have a shoe pic!!
This is one of my 2 favorite out of the whole bunch! She looks so much like a model!!
FACT: She was afraid something in the water was going to bite her toes.. so we had to count and when I was ready she would put her toes in the water! Sorry Courtney! ;) I just couldn’t resist!
Rockin’ the shoes!
THIS is my other favorite. It’s actually my most favorite out of them all! I LOVE the lighting!!
FACT: If you haven’t already seen it, there IS A leaf in her hair. I don’t know HOW this got there because she was no where near a tree branch! We were in an OPEN HAY MEADOW!? Go figure. I didn’t catch this till afterwards but it was such a cute pic of her I used it anyway.
Love this one!!
