New Studio
FINALLY got the new studio blog post up! SO if you were unable to make the open house, you get still take the tour. :) These were actually taken in early August. I’m still adding stuff all the time.. in fact, I just ordered a couple new pieces of furniture.
The one statement I hear the most is “Can I live here?” However I think my favorite was.. “Can I atleast roll around on the floor for about an hour to soak up the awesomeness?” (Thanks Miranda!) ;)
A few details that I get asked:
*The floor IS painted concrete.
*The bathroom color is “Bridesmaid” by Behr.
*The chevron accent wall is painted, not wallpaper. (No I did not do it.. my contractor did (COOPER CONSTRUCTION).. but yes, it did look difficult.. and time consuming.. but the contractor did an amazing job and has since been hired for at least 1 more of these that I know of!) :)
*The bank of windows that I use for my main light source are south facing.
*If you missed the post about how I store my faux floor mats, check THIS post out.
*The studio is built about 300 feet from our home. (We have 18 acres.)
Please excuse the lack of landscaping in the front. Still working on getting some grass to grow and the grasshoppers devoured my poor little plant in just a few weeks. :( I have since planted a NEW one.. and I’m happy to report, it is still currently ALIVE. :)
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me and I’ll try to get them all answered. :)
